Цитологічна стабільність пшеничних амфідиплоїдів і сортів пшениці в мейозі І

Анотація

Інтрогресія генів, що контролюють корисні ознаки, до генофонду пшениці м’якої не втрачає своєї актуальності. Звичайним мостом для перенесення чужинних генів є пшеничні амфідиплоїди. Однією з умов успішного використання амфідиплоїдів як джерела чужинних генів є їхня цитологічна стабільність та фертильність. Цитологічну стабільність пшеничних геномно-заміщених амфідиплоїдів Авротіка та Авроале визначили через характеристику подій мейозу на різних його стадіях шляхом вивчення цитологічних препаратів. Амфідиплоїди характеризувались відхиленнями від бівалентної кон’югації хромосом з появою мультивалентних хромосомних асоціацій і унівалентів у метафазі І. У анафазі спостерігали мости. Уніваленти і фрагменти, утворені після розриву мостів, спричиняли появу мікроядер у тетрадах. Мейотичний індекс, розрахований на підставі кількісної характеристики зразків амфідиплоїдів за появою мікроядер і поліад, виявився однаковим для Авротіки та Авроале і перебував у межах 64–69 %. Кон’югація хромосом сортів пшениці м’якої, вивчених для порівняння, була бівалентною з абсолютною перевагою закритих бівалентів у метафазних пластинках. Процес гаметогенезу в амфідиплоїдів супроводжується іноді появою третього генеративного ядра в чоловічому гаметофіті. Отримані характеристики мейозу пояснюють зниження насіннєвої фертильності Авротіки та особливо Авроале в порівнянні з сортами пшениці м’якої.
